Well both Donovan and I survived our 2,697.7 mile (round trip) adventure to the "Land of Enchantment" (New Mexico's state motto... don't ask). Had a blast. Looking forward to going back some day.

I'm going to try, over the next several days to expand the commentary on the various days of our trip and add commentaries to more of the pictures. Donovan and I will be composing various odes to things that made the trip possible, and that we discovered on the trip. I'll be singing the praises of my car (which didn't give us a spot of trouble!), and to the great and glorious Tourist Cam© ,with out which this updated travel log wouldn't have been possible.

Donovan will be writing an exposé on the hidden Overlord of the desert: Bob.

Finally, I just wanted to thank my good friend Robin for creating these pages, the nifty logo at the top of this page, and taking care of the contest for me pal's at MRRL. With out her this travel log would not have been possible.
